you should review how lamberth got to where it is.. he initially dismissed it on ugoletti's centerpiece, which ugoletti since recanted basically .. and that centerpiece was under the penalty of perjury

It was an issue for Congress as his hands were tied by HERA (that was 99% of his logic)

A lot has happened since then that could make him wonder why this has gone on so long

But if D or R or whatever is in Congress or POTUS --- I fail to see what that has to do with anything for Lamberth
