IMO, and this is the IF i have not been able to answer yet, IF the contract was directly through Cyberkey to the govt they would use this cage code controlled by the item manager responsible for this particular cage - item/items from cyberkey - to manage aquire and distribute items from the contract to the govt agency purchasing - more than likely on a demand basis. I don't have access to see what items - if any - have been aquired through that cage code. And this may or may not have anything to do with the 25 Mil. just speculation.
It does not - they still need to show the following to the SEC
Company has to prove the following
(1) the company’s purported contracts with the Department of Homeland Security and/or other government agencies, (2) revenues received pursuant to those contracts, and (3) accounts receivable generated by those contracts.
Audited financials and proof of contracts is what Cyberkey CKYS should be working on right now.
