maybe because what they need most are what we are giving them. You make a big deal about those migs but how many are fit and is that what they need? They have far more migs now and what is that accomplishing? It seems what you refuse to admit is that what Zelinsky really wants is to have us and NATO fight alongside his troops. He wants us to directly engage with Russia no matter what the costs and I don't blame him. But thankfully we are not so reckless no matter how some warmongers want a wider conflict. What you don't and refuse to understand is Russia cannot fight a wider conflict unless they use nuclear weapons.

And do we know for certain that Biden didn't want to do the no fly OR that hose countries that might bear the brunt of a Russian response, Germany, France, UK, Norway, Sweden, Romania and the Baltic states said don't do it?

How about the Joint Chiefs? We'll have to wait for the aftermath to find out who advised what, for and against.

There's no unilateral NATO response in a European war when the one with the most capability to do such is not a target for tactical nukes.
