And further to that, I don't know any other custodian reverse merger that has pre-approved a reverse split in writing. In fact, Frank's one's have a no RS for 2 years by incoming company clause in there. Rhonda is f'ing over shareholders.

It was a shell when she upped the AS. Don't have to notify shareholders at all. An RS now even tho Rhonda approved it will have to let shareholders know when, since it is in Saeb's hands now. So the split probably went away.
Ask yourself, why raise the AS to do an RS...not one lick of sense made out of that way of thinking.

Considering Rhonda dropped a bomb on shareholders by upping the AS to 50 billion without even notifying one shareholder of the meeting that she did this at, is as scammy as it gets. A leopard doesn't change its spots. And I bet her colleagues like Jannoun aren't any better. That is why a reverse split can now come at any time since Rhonda already pre-approved it.
