Shorts/MM's were banking on huge market correction, hence they figured let's crush the OTC since it's mostly garbage. Unfortunately for them I think market is headed for a huge rally over the next several months.
Talking about a stock with a tiny ass float here, someone takes out about 170K at the ask this morning, and these clowns come back with another 170K on the ask up to .11. Complete insanity.
