Can't he just move Veemost into another clean shell. He has like 15 or 20 of them maybe more I believe so I definitely see a scam here. This looked good but it doesn't cost that much I don't believe to just move the company to another one so why doesn't he. Seems simple. Anybody got an opinion on this? Hovendick only owns shares of JPEX right. That would solve everything right.
