He's been tinkering with this shell for 5 years, and it still owns nothing of value whatsoever. Why on earth would he "put everything into this shell" and hand over the ownership of it to these shareholders/bagholders? That would be monumentally stupid.
Nah, this is just a pump and dump using his name and things that he is doing that the company doesn't own in a bait and switch using a newly created "IR" mystery twitter account to do the pumping, tossing out Google doc "presentations" to nobody hoping to lure in the naive.
Multi-million dollar market cap "owns" $60... What a joke.
