It is possible that the shares from Golden Ally will remain the same and the shares from SIGN will remain the same. We will not know until they assign the stock symbol and covert all of the shares. I made the assumption that all holders would merger and an average would result as a 1:1 conversion. We will know soon enough when the brokerages correct each shareholder's personal holdings.
