Grantors were sponsors and were to recognize beneficiaries as direct owners of the assets.Creditors got paid and estate's administration was given to insiders to administer the estates.Creditors leftover money,including LIBOR was given to charity probably $1 as you may say, and filed for certificate of cancellation.Now wind-down WMILT is winding-up,updating original books and records.
