Again, the Keystone oil is being shipped to the Gulf for export. Not going to be sold to America, which is a fact.

Sounds like we get the pollution (from refineries) and the various oil companies get the profits.

So the oil is being pumped and transported and still did nothing to keep the price of oil down. Looks like the Keystone pipeline doesn't have to be done, that subject is closed.
