Good luck on FTK but I'd be cautious. Feel like they have a history of overpromise & underdeliver.

FTK I believe you are correct that they said they could do 10% SG&A. I think hweb has a valid concern about past history, but in fairness it’s not the same management.

It does seem like it could be an opportunity, but it’s a weird deal and as such probably deserves extra scrutiny.
