I am unsure how any trial, jury or not, can supercede the Supreme Court. FHFA can act in anybody's interest it chooses to ( tha agency, regulated entity or the public it serves). None of those are in the interest of the shareholder unles we all want to sacrifice our equity for the taxpayer. Coupled with being tossed off by Margaret, I can't see how we win. Just as Lamberth stated, they can indeed do what they want with apparantly no recourse from anyone.
As was pointed out in front of Pratt, FHFA can choose to pay who they want including Greg M. Schwind. Pratt also chose to dodge.
