Frank knows and is doing what he can from what I see. Hoverondick is being irrational. If he continues until Frank gives up what does Hoverondick get out of it? Nothing... BUT f...ing all of us shareholders. If Hoverondick didn't start this unjustified litigation nobody would be getting hurt here.
