They don't CARE about motivating factors and, most importantly, as we've learned today, neither do the courts give a flying fuck about true believers. Beliefs are not an excuse for breaking the law. Period.
The people who alleged voter fraud actually knew they were lying. That's being demonstrated as we speak. The filing in the Eastman case says just that.
