It seems that Jason has always had contempt for shareholders. leaders communicate effectively to bring shareholders along with a vision. Jason is like a child in a candy store with a piggy bank full of shares to sell.
The guy has had a history of filling his endless wish list of products to add to the stack without much interest in creating shareholder value. He isn't dealing with penny flippers anymore believing the latest press release will move the price with out much regard for the financials or share structure. He will now need to appeal to a more sophisticated investor who will be scrutinizing the situation a bit closer.
