Are you suggesting a $4 share price? With 655m OS that would mean a market cap of $2.6 billion. Is that your opinion?
If buying up the float means they buy 200m shares and retire them (although I don't see how that help us because that would mean they buy our shares) that drops OS to 455m and a market cap of $1.8 billion.
