There is no judgment against the Prometheus well.

Legally and clearly demonstrate how this impacts Allied in any way shape or form. Who is the lien against? (Not Allied). Just say it. It's right there in the affidavit. Show any liens or judgments against ALLIED. There are none.

There is 2 liens and a judgment on the Prometheus well. I have already shown in the Texas Property code where liens are attached to an oil well. Both liens attach the well, even have the permits filed. The liens go with the well and whoever owns it. There is no document showing allied even owns the well.

If changing ownership could shake a lien, I could just sell my car after a mechanic works on it so I dont have to pay hime
