Many sites are confusing Mullen with the other company. Even OTC markets still lists the other companies name
Private companies don't do reverse splits. LOL. The whole purpose to do a reverse split is to either get listed on an exchange or to stay on an exchange.
Any RS prior to November 5, 2021 means absolutely nothing. They were done by Net Element and their payment processing business, which was sold to someone else. They also have ZERO effect on the current share structure due to the way the RM was structured. Do your homework.
