Very good post. Like you said they can play along with other stinky pinky stocks not worry about going to NASDAQ. In otc world unfortunately there are many vultures that you have to deal. This is very common. Ours is no different and we have to deal with them. Our focus should be on growing business and profit. There are still some issues that need to be resolved. Like Rays shares and other vultures group. I am sure Ray does not want to convert his shares because it will be worthless . I like to see he reduces the series A , whatever it is drastically and work on eliminating the vultures shares in a manner that would not impact the share price. Remember they have already eliminated one of the vultures in late 21.
Am I going to buy more shares the answer is no. I need some clarification from mgmt to clear some clouds hanging over this stock. Another word I need direction from company regarding these matters before I put my earned hard money into this stock.
Is the company scam the answer is no. We have couple of physical offices and even one of the shareholders took picture and seemed very busy.
