? Why did you have to read it so many times. It showed the major share holders(owning more than 5 %) and directors/officers share holdings.

The total holdings equated to .9% of the total outstanding share.

If not understanding what .9% is...It is less than 1% of the total outstanding shares.

What are you driving at Harold ? Who cares how many "common" shares they have ? I see a fat salary increase to our CEO from a company (BLPG) that does not dilute/sell shares, that should tell everyone something. The best is yet to come.
