LJ-B, Thank you for reaching the company and authorities for this issue. I think CFO has responsibility for financial stuff as well as making sure we are up to date in the filling. There is something going on . The management behavior raises some concerns here. I think there are some clarification on company's part is due. This is why we have been hovering around 3 cents for couple of weeks. They are playing a dangerous game here. I am looking at shares in the filling and there are some errors like you mentioned. It looks like hey put this is a hastily manner to beat the clock. If company had transpierce we could have resolve all these issues and bring it to their attention as a loyal shareholders. It looks like the management is getting rich while shareholders are getting shaft.
It’s also weird not getting a response from anyone. I have emailed the CEO, the IR personnel, left a voicemail, emailed EF Hutton, emailed the transfer agent AND NOTHING.
