If it was going well in court the preferred shares would have already been cancelled and this dumpster fire of a stock wouldn't still be languishing in expert market with no meaningful update from Sharp in more than six months.
Instead the preferred share cancelation hasn't happened and the problems with the SEC, the Nevada SOS, the court haven't been resolved.
That's why the price has cratered while the other two Sharp tickers are already either out of the Expert Market or about to be in a few days.
