The total Outstanding share count is only 35 Million. It's already traded that. Impossible without some sort of B.S going on.

Buyers can't buy phantom shares. So obviously they can pound the stock until they are done.

But if the company wasn't legit, there would be no need to create phantom shares to short. Cheating to win. But that's the game here. So going long you are betting they will eventually cover and be gone.
