Will it maybe get there? Sure, anything is possible. But with history being the best indicator of future behaviors /preformance, I'd say it's a much greater possibility it "goes no where" or just keeps going in circles.

But you also have no idea what the relationship is between tatum, PCT Europe, and pct. That's quite the love triangle and there's been ZERO insight into who benefits how much and from what.
Also, If memory serves, didn't pct forfeit their ownership stake in pct Europe a little while back? Just more mud in the water. But I'm sure a company with a shady history of vague, sketchy, and misleading statements is totally on the up and up this time around. Even more so since pct is still being captained by the same shyster of a CEO who was responsible for duping shareholders.
