ERRR UMMMM...WHY is it that it's always the woman's fault.

I remember when his ex-gf was called crazy, when, in fact, it was Petey that was crazy and stalked her. Bet he still is.

NOWWW, his wife (not ex-wife) had to call the police because he beat her but she is "crying assault. Well, part of that is correct, CRYING. I heard a rumor the beating was in front of the children. What a "grate" dad. If she didn't show evidence of a beating, the police wouldn't have booked Michaels on July 12 2021

and certainly the DA wouldn't have filed charges the next month without evidence.

And then there is the illegal FIRE ARM that Petey had.

I'm sure the documents have been seen, I've posted them.

Under supervision...He has to go to counseling, too.

And he still sees his children...

This is at least his 2nd time at "counseling" (I think there have been more anger management "classes" for him but I will just say 2). He had to go to counseling with the ex-gf because he was violent towards, her, too. He seems to have a pattern of abuse.

The ex-gf got a FEDERAL RESTRAINING ORDER... don't think those are that common but then, I've never had a RESTRAINING ORDER.. Petey has had 3? 4? 5?

Not sure what count his CURRENT restraining is.

Is that the excuse Petey has been telling people that call him to get insider information on HPNN?

Prety hard for Petey to claim that, IMO, when it is the CEO of HPNN that has the 5 felonies against him, and when he is the one charged with weapons charges (as a 3-time previously convicted felon AND NARCOTICS ADDICT).

And she is not the one crying assault.

The State of California (the People of California) are the ones prosecuting the HPNN CEO, not his current wife.

Petey has been told in court that the People intend to prosecute him, with ample evidence. They also told him they intend to prosecute Peter even if the victim(s) decide, at some point, to not cooperate fully with the prosecution.
