whereby the Target will be the Predecessor entity and its operations will be presented as prior year operations in the Successor consolidated financial statements. Due diligence is ongoing and the transaction is expected to close in March 2022.

LISTEN to what this is saying...Once the deal closes NNRX will adjust their previous year financial statements to include the Plants prior year operations within NNRX financial statements. Instant Market cap increase in the multi millions.

Share Sales Under Offering

During the six months ended January 31, 2022, 1,654,838,000, shares of common stock were sold to investors for proceeds of $602,632.

Share Sales Under Qualified Public Offering

977,120,000, shares of common stock were sold to an investor for proceeds of $312,679, since January 31, 2022.

The shares that were bought under the offering were ALL purchased by Trillium Partners LP. You can see this on Page 6 and 7 of this report where Trillium was issued the shares under REG A offering at 0004 per share.

While doubting Charlie is trying to get you to sell Hedge funds are buying at 0004.

Further to that the company is using the money to cancel Dilutive Notes.

Repayment of Convertible Notes

On February 22, 2022, the Company repaid $200,000 relating to two convertible notes issued in January having a total of $337,818 in
principal. The first note was fully liquidated and the second note principal balance is $137,818.

what we seeing going on here is those associated or doing business with the company know a huge move is coming with what is transpiring with the plant.

Trillium is positioning itself by buying up the debt that was left through the medium of the REG A offering. I suspect we will hear more convertible debt has been erased. NNRX said they would use the money from the REG A to clear the convertible note debt. Once this is done I suspect that NNRX will stop the REG A offering. This REG A offering was put into place to allow NNRX to clean all its convertible debt.

I also suspect that they are almost done paying off the remainder of the convertible notes or they might be actually done. There was 1.5 million dollars of convertible notes left they have raised 1 million dollars already as of February 01 2022. I suspect that they have already got the additional amounts from Trillium under the REG A and have cleared these convertible notes.

A big Move is about to transpire in this stock price.
