Many of their shares are held in ETF's and have to be adjusted to comply with the funds investment mission/criteria statement and stock/shareholder movements
We own the over 90% of the float if the ETF's are excluded the CRO has stated on multiple occasions
Heck if you include all Institutional Ownership and only count the Retail shares and the reported short shares it exceeds the float
How many shares do the Fintel 13F's come to..... tons of counterfeit shares were created by the shorts that will have to be covered
