My reality is that I signed a legal document for a fair and reasonable recovery. Billions of dollars in assets don't go anywhere until old is made right. I would say most people here don't care about your concern.

Hinging on Fair and Reasonable but forgetting that F & R is prospective to bankruptcy where shareholders generally get nothing. We got our shares and I suspect that is it.

Black... I have no problem with any moving of goal posts... let's just hope there is a documented (GOOD) reason if it happens. No problem with theories... I have my own and ALL are welcome.
