That was the story being bandied about. But if that were true, then she would have already retired those shares that were added to the AS. She hasn't. And she has passed the ticker on to her colleague for disposal.

So, not looking good here if those share will be used for dilution. Massive dilution at that.

If my memory serves me right, Rhonda is the one who increased the AS for the purpose to maintain control through the custo process and selling. Could be wrong . Not that the shell has been sold, no need for the as or the large OS.
