Epps is an Oath Keeper from out in Arizona. He was seen telling lots of people to enter the capitol building... But he never entered personally. All of a sudden he's been painted as an FBI agent.
Why Trump's own appointed FBI director would be trying to sandbag him when he was leaving in two weeks, is never explained. Neither is the idea of how they got a leader of the Oath Keepers involved.
They never explain how that one guy organized the entire assault either.
In the end, Epps never entered the building. So far they can't charge him. Or they haven't. He also cooperated with the committee.. to what extent we don't know yet. Stay tuned on that one though.
