funny i was thinking that selling something not currently valued on balance sheet(according to ceo) for anything should be a net positive, and possibly significant, if the last couple open market sales of League of Legends franchises are any indication.
also could an event of this nature be material enough for Nasdaq to hold the uplist until the transaction is finalized?
