CEI due to many factors but mainly the oil price increasing and we expected the company release filings that move PPS higher. My first target is 1.50 next is 3.5 Heavy short here therefore, it could easily hit 52 week high again.

The OCT market virtually DEAD. Have to be very carefully with your money. Cash is the KING.
