I agree! The great news is that clearly the company hears us and also doesn't want to uplist from $0.05. Otherwise, we would have uplisted before February 16th.

If this is true then they can announce the merger news before they even uplist to drive the price up. Unless that needs to be in the S1? Then I could see them waiting til after uplist. I’d rather they show some positive events to get this thing rolling so we can reverse higher.
