If I am reading this right and this offering of common stock for 53 1/2 million dollars in exchange for 15+ or minus million shares were talking $3.34 a share…less a lot of different expenses to be paid by Ocugen…which leads me to believe they’re selling for less than three dollars a share. could anyone with knowledge confirm this and if that’s the case this doesn’t seem good at all
