I noticed the independent directors a while back, but yes it is new in recent weeks/months and required for the uplist... on the profile means it's official with OTC, as it needs to be for the uplisting to take place. Next up, the OTCQB update to their profile, I assume should happen this week since they filed the OTCQB Certification last friday..Friday... might be delayed because of the holiday yesterday
