Working toward OTCQB.
2021 financials being audited.
Almost half of the outstanding shares being cancelled.
Company is profitable and growing.
No dilution.
Cannabis prospects very promising.

I believe there is a lot going on behind the scenes that we may not know yet. Patience may be the key in the long run.
