around here, I don't know who or what but there's slot parlors going up on every corner. It used to be the machines in a back of a bar but now the gaming companies will actually subsidize the construction of a new place as long as you take their machines.
I'm not sure what the end game is for them but it must be lucrative. Most places seem to not have a bunch of patrons and I'm not a fan, but they keep rolling them out.
I'd rather play my Pachinko machine and forget about how many balls I got.
