Funny, he's held 12 million shares of Cytodyn, never cashed in, what makes you think he's not holding until the approvals?
Also, you think a guy worth as much as he is would invest in a dud? He's on the board, he knows whats going on.
You think he'd invest in a company that is under a FAKE investigation when if anything goes wrong the feds can take the patent as well?
