You're perpetually confused. Biden opened the fuel reserves up to big oil so they couldn't keep running up the pump prices. What did they do? They raised gas prices 40% and kept the profit from the reserves. Even the WH said it's going to investigate big oil because they're not lowering prices in retail. Opec and russia made a deal with your 'ex commode in depends' to limit production to raise their profits and keep prices artificially high.
