I believe you are precisely correct. If kings group had the confidence in Thompson he would’ve never had to reach out to Yorkville. This feels like calm seas capital all over again and we know how that turned out. I’m telling you in due time investors will begin to see once again who Thompson is. His reputation precedes him and you’re seeing it on a big stage playing out.

Kings Group chose to show their confidence in KBLB by Joint Venturing to earn even more money from their relationship. Apparently they chose not to settle for a measly $8M when, by their estimation, they value the partnership at least 30 times that.
