I agree the concerns are many, and weighted differently. Glad the process is underway, be it at a snails pace, but moving. I agree the lying for months about the financials release was disgusting. Each shareholder had pause for different reasons, and 100% of the company tweets and information released was for deception while, imo, Mark's inner circle that was in the know, friends and family, were selling while you were buying. The Feds were happily surprised with the transcripts I provided. I am hopeful our conversations will continue during and after the trials. Much appreciated.

The secret, secret, secret reason!

It does not matter what the reasons are. It does not matter what was in the financials. What matters is there are laws structured to prevent the silence and the mystery from a public company. And they decided to break those laws. They either knew, or were reckless in not knowing about the laws they signed up for.

There are even stricter laws that cover medicare process and procedure, and they broke those laws too. 4 people have plead guilty to those charges, and one trial to go. Those pleas will not be changed. They are felons and will be held accountable. The DOJ might go after more from here.

There will be no legal justification for the acts. However they structured it, at first it was unethical which bled into criminal.

There's always been an excuse for every move they made, no matter how far out or behind the scenes. They did not stumble into this situation. This is not because of angry investors, or big pharma or really anything else. This is about the actions (or non actions) they took as officers of a public corporation. This is about the actions they took to certify that lab, to submit those medicare claims and the relationships they had with others.

First, it was the Postmaster. Then the SEC, then the DOJ. Then blame the investment community. The Grand Jury too! All one day just they all decided to get up off their butts and come down on poor little ARYC. Case dismissed!!! No, that did not happen. This was a long process that got to this point. It's shameful that they are in this spot as they could have made better decisions as officers of a company. But they did not.

The reality is that this is about accountability. It's not about anything more than that. It's not about how many twitter followers you have or your proximity to Apple.

So the final chapter his here. Some are rightfully angry. Some are waiting to see how it plays out. Others just keep gaslighting and try to diffuse the reality.

But the bottom line is this, they are being held accountable for their own actions according to the laws they signed up for.

The SEC and DOJ have made it simple———for most people———that fraud and conspiracy is laid out quite well….for most people……and Schena and company should be jailed and fined in massive amounts. ARYC should be erased into history.
