Spring breakup is the dictator here not rig transportation. However Merlin-2 will be drilled faster with no sidewall isdues like last year.

I think the season ends in April, or was that just last year because of the faulty equipment?

Oh yes, you are spot on... for a "light weight rig", the weight specs were quite impressive for the subs and with drill string coming outta the hole for bit changes, etcetera with ratings over 350k pounds. 8000' is not exactly shallow considering the string is 1.51515152 miles long.

This week is when I saw specs for the first time but I cannot find it again to show you. My apologies. I'll keep looking.
