I think MMs or the insiders are manipulating so that they can grab our shares for cheap as many of us may end up selling at these low levels from these scary tactics.

But nobody's concerned about 45 million shares doled out in conversions...for the math challenged- 30m in Q3 and 15m so far in Q4

They don't post financials through EDGAR so most people don't know about it. The only reason I know they uploaded fins is from Twitter.
