Don't know what it's got to do with conspiracies, a lot of conspiracies are actually true in reality. There're no rules in trading in OTC. Name me another penny stock but not ENZ@C or HMB@L that went up and diluted behind the scenes without letting deep pockets to short it right before? Right. That's why OTC is where people never make money long. No, big boys sell a million there million here in order to cause few retail to sell and they do to an extent.
