So Mr Bray leaves Morgan when NP Aerospace was acquired and then joins Sintx April 2019 9 months later. Maybe the Morgan Ceramics connection went cold when NP Aerospace was acquired from it? Or maybe it continues with aerospace products?

These are risk-averse companies that look to smaller companies like us to develop an idea, uh, and, uh, de-risk it, so to speak, and then buy that technology.

NP Aerospace products protect the lives of servicemen and women across the world, enhancing national security and resilience in the highest threat environments. The company is a major exporter of ballistic helmets and shields, explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) suits, body armour plates and composite vehicle armour systems, developed using ultra-lightweight, high performance materials.

According to Brays LinkedIn, Bray spent the most time as Business director over the armor division at Morgan Ceramics. The same division that is now NP Aerospace (a company looking to enter the US armor market).
So Bray is less Aerospace and more armor guy as far as his business background is concerned. I wonder if he left because hes done with what he came to do at Sintx?
If anyone recalls, Sintx was working with Morgan Ceramics on joining Ceramics and Metals before Morgan sold off its armor division in 2018. Bray joined Sintx in 2019 and has now left after armor division is up and running; still retained as a consultant however. 2019 is when NP Aerospace kicked off its global recruiting effort.
