Agree, they(UCPA Majority Holders) didn't get $1 for their shares as that would have been over a billion dollars and broke Making Science's bank, as they had roughly $30M in cash the last report.
For the 400+ million they don't own they will either offer to buy them, most likely in the .03-.05 range or convert to MAKS stock at 1 MAKS share for ever 1000 UCPA or thereabouts
