Searching the financial disclosures of Sept. 2021. the OTC I found this;

Investment in Global Green Solutions, Inc. for the acquisition 9.9% common shares in exchange of consulting
services valued at $143,184.

They also have stated this on twitter , 9.9 percent. They calculated the value of shares wrong I remember and I had to tweet them and they corrected it. But it is 9.9% per this article and their quArterly report
