The "telemarketer" did not call Barwicki. According to Barwicki's OWN words HE called ROGER and asked him to stop. Yes, actually, I would expect Barwicki to remember PLACING (not RECEIVING) such a call. Remember, Barwicki supposedly asked Roger to stop using Barwicki's name in the PR.
