The escrows were created in bankruptcy and were paid by the WMILT in stock and cash. Once the WMILT was dissolved, the escrows were worthless as far as payment through the Bankruptcy Court from WMILT was concerned.
Bankruptcy remote assets held in trusts could never be part of the bankruptcy.
Once the final chapter in the bankruptcy is closed, remote assets held in trust may be released.
Will we get paid?
That is the $64 billion dollar question.

I think my PIERS escrows were removed before I got paid.

StrikeE

Let's do it this way.................

Why were the assets we have expected to end up coming back here, NEVER ALLOWED TO BE DISCUSSED IN THE BK CASE ???????? Simple really, THEY WERE NOT PAR OF THE BK Ask NELSON........

So with that being said, UNTIL everything having to do with the BK is closed over done and POOF GHONDI, Why would we ever EXPECT to hear about them, UNTIL AFTER all is COMPLETED in it's entirety

THEY Can't talk about or disclose anything that is NOT INCLUDED in and a PART OF the BK.

ALL IMHO
