Yes, but if they had any positive news to share, BEFORE the stock sale would have been a good time. Now they are offering shares at all time lows. This company hasn't been well managed from the beginning. They always had good products and a good idea, but a total shitshow from a management perspective.
I guess I am pointing out that I do not believe there is any good news catalyst happening in the immediate future, they already released all the good news that the currently have to try to boost the share price before the split and that was a huge mistake. Those news releases would have went much farther after they were already listed on the Nasdaq.
I still think this company can turn this around, but there is far more pain in store for us in the future.
